Certain restricted shareholders have agreed that they will not (save in certain specific circumstances) dispose of 124,188,804 ordinary shares held on 1st May 2009 (“Admission”) or any further ordinary Shares held or acquired anytime before the second anniversary of Admission, for a period of 15 months following Admission, and thereafter for a further 9 months have agreed only to dispose of ordinary shares with the prior consent of the Company’s broker and in an orderly manner.
Certain restricted shareholders have agreed that they will only (save in certain specific circumstances) dispose of 29,635,362 ordinary shares, or any further ordinary shares held or acquired anytime before the second anniversary of Admission, for a period of 24 months following Admission with the prior consent of the Nanoco Group plc’s broker and in an orderly manner.
